In the fall of 2019 my husband and i left our family and friends behind in Ct and moved to the mountains of north carolina with our 2 cats. our goal was to start a mini-farm and making and selling our wares at local markets and shops. of course Covid-19 had another plan. With the world shut down for who knows how long we have had to adapt. We both work at our local Humane society and a portion of everything we sell goes to that cause. animals are a huge part of both of our lives. we now have 9 cats most of which were rescued from the humane society and an ever changing number of chickens usually somewhere between 30-50 chickens.

I try not to duplicate designs and purchase beads and pendants in small batches. meaning once each design is gone they are gone forever.

“I’ve always felt drawn to creating. I like taking lonely beads and matching them with other lonely beads and creating something beautiful that makes someone happy”

I’m Jenn and jewelry has been a big part of my life for as long as I can remember. Freshman year, semester one jewelry design, semester two jewelry design advanced and that’s where you could find me every free period (and let’s face it gym class, sorry not sorry) for the rest of my high school career. At that time I also started working at a local retailer in the Jewelry department. I had an amazing little girl and so my hobby took a back seat to real life. Over time paths changed but in 2018 my desire to create came flooding back at a gem show in my area. I found these small chips of stones that I couldn’t resist and the rest is history. JennStone Jewelry was born.

the materials i use most in my jewelry are natural stone, glass, crystal, and tarnish resistant metal. please feel free to comment on pieces. i take your feedback into consideration when creating pieces. i used to make mostly matinee size necklaces until people began requesting longer sizes. your constructive feedback is welcomed and critical in my creation process.

this is Tinkerbell! she is an attention hog. She sits like this at least once every time i’m creating.
